If you’re unable to complete your course within the two-year enrolment period, you have the option to apply for up to two, three-month extensions. Each extension is available for a $300 fee and is designed to give you the extra time needed to achieve your goals. Should the course remain incomplete after the extension period, re-enrolment will be required to continue your studies, and all fees associated with re-enrolling in the course will apply. Extensions for Early Childhood Education and Care Courses (Trainees and Apprentices)If a student is unable to complete their course by the scheduled end date, they must submit an extension form in collaboration with their employer and the training College. This application will then be forwarded to the Department of Employment, Small Business, and Training, which will determine whether an extension can be granted.
