This form is used for Payment Plan agreements and gives your employer permission to deduct money from your pay to pay off your course. Any requests to adjust this pay deduct must be made in writing to Building Futures Education via email to [email protected]

(please ensure the number of deductions will cover the entire amount due). eg: $125 paid at $50 per fortnight = 5 fortnights with the last payment being only $25.
