Fundamentals of Montessori

This two day short course provides an introduction to the Montessori teaching method and the 5 curriculum areas.

The Fundamentals of Montessori Education is a great course for those wanted to learn about the history, background and overview of Montessori and its founder; Maria Montessori. This course is tailored for Educators who want to begin their Montessori journey, but are not yet ready to undertake full training.

Day one we will explore the theory behind the Montessori Method, and day two we will explore the didactic materials and learn how to use key pieces of materials.

This course includes morning tea, as well as a learner guide and any resources provided during the session.
